At ClinomicPlus, we aim to deliver your orders safely and in a timely manner. Please review
our shipping policy to understand how orders are processed and delivered

Shipping Locations

● We currently ship to most locations across India.
● Deliverability is determined based on the PIN code entered at checkout.
● International shipping is not available at this time.

Order Processing Time

● Orders are usually processed within 24–48 working hours after confirmation.
● Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.
● During high-demand periods (sales, new launches, festivals), processing may take
slightly longer.

Shipping & Delivery Time

● Once shipped, delivery typically takes 3 to 7 business days, depending on your
location.
● Customers in major cities may receive orders sooner.
● Delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to courier delays, weather
conditions, or unforeseen circumstances.

Shipping Charges

● Free shipping is available on orders above ₹399 (as displayed at checkout).
● Orders below this value may attract standard shipping charges.
● Cash on Delivery (COD) orders may include an additional COD fee, shown clearly
at checkout.
● Shipping and COD charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

● Once your order is shipped, you will receive a shipment confirmation via Email /
SMS / WhatsApp with the tracking details.
● Tracking information may take up to 24 hours to become active after dispatch.

OTP-Verified Deliveries

● For prepaid orders, deliveries may be OTP verified.
● Please do not share the OTP with the delivery agent until you have received your
order.

Address & Delivery Attempts

● Customers must ensure that the delivery address, contact number, and PIN code
are accurate.
● Address changes are not allowed after order placement.
● Courier partners usually make up to 3 delivery attempts.
● If delivery fails due to customer unavailability, incorrect address, or refusal, the order
may be returned to origin.

Undeliverable PIN Codes

● In rare cases, a PIN code may become temporarily unserviceable after order
placement.
● If this happens, the order will be cancelled, and prepaid orders will be refunded
within 5–7 business days.

Damaged or Incorrect Products During Delivery

● If you receive a damaged, tampered, or incorrect product, please refer to our
Returns & Refund Policy.
● Delivery partners are not authorized to handle return or refund requests at the time
of delivery.

Order Cancellation & Shipping

● Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
● Once an order is marked as “Shipped” or “Ready to Ship”, cancellation is not
possible.
● Clinomic Plus reserves the right to cancel any order due to verification issues, stock
unavailability, or delivery constraints.

● Clinomic Plus is not liable for delays caused by courier partners or external factors
beyond our control.
