Customers can choose from prepaid options including Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express) and popular digital wallets like PayTM and PhonePe, or opt for Cash on Delivery (COD) in select locations. All transactions are securely processed through Razorpay’s trusted payment gateway to ensure complete safety of your details. In case of any payment issues or failed transactions, our support team is available to assist you promptly. We recommend verifying your payment confirmation and keeping your card and OTP details confidential at all times.

Products are intended for personal use only, and the Company reserves the right to update pricing, cancel orders, or restrict access in case of policy violations or suspicious activity.

The Company is not liable for indirect damages, delays, or issues caused by third-party services or circumstances beyond control. Return Policy
At Clinomic Plus, we ensure all products are carefully manufactured and quality-checked, and returns or replacements are accepted only for valid issues like wrong, damaged, expired, or missing items. Customers must raise a request within the defined timeline with proper proof including images, unboxing video, and order details. Once approved, a reverse pickup or self-shipping process is arranged, followed by a quality check before initiating a refund or replacement. Refunds for prepaid orders are processed to the original payment method, while COD refunds are transferred to the customer’s bank account. Orders can only be cancelled before shipment, and requests that do not meet the policy conditions may be declined.
Shipping Policy
At Clinomic Plus, we aim to deliver your orders safely and efficiently across most locations in India, with processing typically completed within 24–48 working hours. Once shipped, orders are usually delivered within 3–7 business days, depending on the location and external factors. We offer free shipping on orders above ₹399, while standard and COD charges may apply on lower-value orders. Customers receive tracking details via Email, SMS, or WhatsApp once the order is dispatched, and accurate address details are essential for smooth delivery. Orders can only be cancelled before shipment, and any delivery issues such as damage or incorrect items are handled as per our Returns & Refund Policy.
