Cancellation Policy
At Clinomic Plus, customer satisfaction is important to us. All our products are
manufactured, packed, and quality-checked with utmost care. However, if you face any
issues with your order, we are here to help.
Please read our policy carefully before placing an order.
Eligibility for Return / Replacement
We offer return or replacement ONLY in the following cases:
● Wrong product delivered
● Expired product delivered
● Physically damaged or tampered product
● Incomplete order / missing item
We do not accept returns for reasons like change of mind, personal
dislike, or product not suiting, unless explicitly mentioned under a special
offer or campaign.
Timeline to Raise a Request
Issue Type : Wrong / Expired Product Time Limit to Raise Request : Within 7 days of delivery
Issue Type : Damaged / Missing Product
Time Limit to Raise Request: Within 2 days of delivery
Requests raised after the above timelines will not be accepted.
Mandatory Proof Requirement
To process your request smoothly, the following are mandatory:
● Clear images of the product and outer packaging
● Unboxing video (from sealed package to opened product)
● Order ID and registered contact details
Requests without valid proof may be rejected.
How to Raise a Return / Replacement Request
Step 1:
Email us at hello@clinomicplus.com (or WhatsApp if applicable) with:
● Order ID
● Issue description
● Required images & unboxing video
Step 2:
Our team will review your request within 2 working days.
Step 3:
If approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your address.
Step 4: (If Pickup Not Available):
You may self-ship the product using a reliable courier.
Courier charges will be reimbursed after verification (wallet/bank transfer).
Step 5:
Once the product reaches our warehouse, it will undergo a Quality Check (QC).
After approval, refund or replacement will be initiated.
Conditions Where Return / Replacement Will NOT Be Accepted
● Product is used, opened, or altered
● Original packaging, labels, or seals are missing or damaged
● Request raised after the allowed time window
● Missing/damaged item reported after 2 days
● Unboxing video is edited, unclear, or invalid
Refund Policy
● Prepaid Orders:
Refund will be credited to the original payment method within 7 business days
after QC approval.
● Cash on Delivery (COD) Orders:
Customer must provide bank details. Refund will be processed within 7 business
days after QC approval.
● Return Process Duration:
Pickup + QC + refund may take up to 10–14 business days.
Partial Returns
● Partial returns are allowed only for eligible products in an order.
● Each product must individually meet return conditions.
Cancellation Policy
● Orders can be cancelled only before they are shipped.
● Once the order status is “Shipped / Ready to Ship”, cancellation is not possible.
● Clinomic Plus reserves the right to cancel any order due to:
○ Address verification issues
○ Stock unavailability
○ Suspicious or bulk ordering
Refunds for cancelled prepaid orders will be processed within 5–7 business days.
Important Notes
● Delivery timelines are estimated and may vary due to logistics or unforeseen
circumstances.
● Clinomic Plus is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners.
● COD shipping charges (if applicable) are non-refundable.
