We currently accept the following payment options:

  ○ Integrated Payment Wallets (e.g., PayTM, PhonePe, etc.)
● Cash on Delivery (COD): Available for select locations
Note: Prepaid payment ensures faster processing and confirmation of your
order.

Card Payment Details

● Visa & MasterCard:
  ○ 16-digit card number
  ○ Expiry date
  ○ 3-digit CVV (on the back of the card)
● American Express:
  ○ 15-digit card number
  ○ 4-digit code
All card payments are securely processed through our payment gateway.

Payment Confirmation & Failed Transactions

If your amount has been deducted but you haven’t received order confirmation, please
contact our customer care team with the following details:
● Transaction Reference Number
● Registered Email ID & Phone Number
● Date & Time of Transaction

Payment Gateway

● We use Razorpay Payment Gateway to process payments on our website.

● All payment transactions are processed securely by Razorpay and are not directly controlled by Clinomic Plus.

● Razorpay handles payment authorization, processing, and security of your payment details.

Important Notes

● Always check your payment confirmation before assuming order placement.
● For COD orders, exact amount in cash is required at delivery.
● Clinomic Plus is not responsible for bank or gateway delays, but we will assist in
resolving any issues.
● Keep your card details confidential; never share OTP with anyone except during
verified transactions.
